About me
As a recently retired hospital CEO, I understand the challenges we are facing in today's healthcare system. My experience spans almost 40 years across BC and Ontario, in executive roles covering acute care, tertiary and provincial services and community care. I specialize in organizational design, leadership and integrated systems. As a trained Coactive coach, I can support both individuals and teams to improve their performance and meet challenges head-on.
How i can help
Health and Social Services are all about people - those we serve and those we lead. While there is no question that every industry requires good structures, processes and governance, without effective leadership most organizations will fail. And in challenging times, those leadership skills are table-stakes, not a “nice to have.” That’s where I come in. Through a combination of my experience as a Health Executive and my training as a coach, I can help individual leaders and teams build and hone their skills to increase their effectiveness, manage conflict, meet their goals, and deal with their own stress. Leading isn’t easy, and having someone in your corner - someone whose only goal is your success - can make the difference between mediocrity and excellence.
